Cherish is back I doubt I'll see her, tonight. That'll be a first, for the last 10-or-so days. I've kind of gotten used to seeing her 8 PM - 5 AM. I'm a little disappointed that she went to sleep at a weird time today, because I brought her home some cake. We've spent the last week or so, getting high, watching stuff. Yesterday, I was hunting for stand-up comedy (and found John Pinette). The day before that, I was hunting for porn. That was less successful; I ended up with some crappy 90s scifi shit. Lately, I've gotten miffed at my translation of 1 Litre no Namida. It's horribly unorganized, and I've ended up redoing pages, over and over, because I fuck up and miss a line. Damned vertical shit... I'm working on one of the Nakajima books, this one being "Love From the Bottom of a Fig", an essay book. From what little I found online/translated so far, it looks like a series of essays about sex, etc. (I mean, when the first chapter is about a midget sex goddess, you know it's gunna be interesting.) Basically, this translation is being tested through all of my sources: internet, programs, books. It's a big of a shitfest. I'm debating if I wanna sleep now, or if I want to putter around some of the downloads from last night. If I do the latter, I should definitely get on this eating-peanut-butter plan I've had all night... |
